Everything you need to know about billing and plans.
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
When you sign up, you automatically get a 14-day trial of Pro features at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial you'll be asked whether you want to subscribe to Pro, Business, or continue on the Free plan.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
When you cancel, your account is downgraded to the Free plan — not deleted. Your charts are preserved but access is limited to the Free plan restrictions. If you exceed the Free plan limits, you'll have 30 days to export your data before access to additional charts is restricted. You can delete your account and all data at any time from account settings.
Yes! We offer a 40% discount for registered non-profit organizations and a 30% discount for early-stage startups (under 2 years old, fewer than 10 employees). Please contact us at hello@orgforge.app with proof of eligibility to apply.
When you switch to annual billing you are charged for 12 months upfront at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You receive a single invoice at the start of each year. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
